Amazing Customer Service

Honestly, I had some issues with the screen protector. There is a feeling of a gap between the screen and the protector and the installation process especially using the guide is not easy. Besides, the black edge is not cool especially on a punch hole design. However, the amazing customer service compensates for the product shortcomings. They offered me a replacement protector after my first one had issues registering my fingerprint.

Not bad but could be better

The packaging and installation experience is very easy and has a premium feel with good quality stickers, wipes, and a microfiber cloth. The glass feels smooth and has held up well to keys and other items in my pocket without getting any scratches. The adhesion at the edges works well with every case I've tried so far and I haven't had any issues with shifting or edges peeling. As far as negatives: The S-pen has reduced sensitivity and you have to press harder for it to register touches. The adhesive at the fingerprint area doesn't apply evenly, so the fingerprint works half the time even after readding fingerprints, and the adhesion circle is very noticeable when watching videos or browsing content.
