Shipping & Tracking

With the global pandemic getting worse, transportation and logistics are subject to temporary delays. Some countries maybe temporarily removed as government from around the World are trying to keep the virus from spreading.

We ship worldwide to over 195 Countries. If you can select the country on our website, we can ship there. However for some countries / locations we might only be able to ship via FedEx, DHL, or Standard Post.

If you are in a hurry or would like to enjoy a more secure shopping experience, we recommend that you choose Express. It is a lot safer and faster. The tracking will also be a lot more accurate. 

All of our orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment except on weekends. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. Please allow 10-14 business days for standard delivery. A USPS tracking number will be uploaded and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. We ship from our Asia Pacific warehouse.

If you opted for Express Shipping, please allow 5-7business days for delivery.

Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary.

On average, standard shipping can take 14-25business days to arrive from the date of shipment. Countries may see similar or slightly longer average shipping time depending on your location. 

Around half the time is spent reaching the destination, while the other half is spent being routed to the proper facilities before making it to the customer in the destination country.

If you opted for Express Shipping, please allow 5-7business days for delivery. VAT and customs taxes may apply.

For ALL Orders, a tracking number will be emailed to your registered email account within 48 hours. Please make sure your email address is up-to-date.

Please allow 1 business days to process your order. 

If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@flolab.io with order number within 6 hours. If for some reason your order has been dispatched, you can return or exchange it within 30 days.

Power banks are considered dangerous goods because of the large batteries. Many airlines have taken strict measures, therefore, power banks will are not available for express delivery. 

*If you purchased multiple items including a power bank. We will combine the orders and use our special shipping method to ship the entire purchase in one shipment. 

If you prefer to to receive your items with express shipment, please separate the orders into two orders. 

Returns / Exchanges / Warranties

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each product is hand checked by a member of Team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures / video of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Dust, lint, hair and other nastyparticles in the air are not covered in our Warranty program, however, if you reach out, we can provide you solutions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee The screen protector must be new and unused to issue a refund. If you have installed the screen protector, it's not refundable. Dust is not covered in our return policy.

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND minus the shipping. Glass must be new and unused for a refund minus the shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

 

If you would like to start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number, reason for return, along with videos/pictures if their is a quality issue.

If you would like to cancel your order and have not received a tracking number, you may email us with subject line "CANCEL" and we will do our best to stop the shipping process.

Although we can't guarantee it, we will do our best to cancel your order.

Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to change your order.

We can't promise we can change it in time, however we will do our best.

If you already received your tracking number, we wouldn't be able to revise your order.

If you would like to change an item, please send us the link or SKU which can be found on the product page.

We are currently offering customization on magnetic car mounts, charging cables, and power banks. 

Please email us your logo and allow 3-4 days to process the order.

Products

Our clear case is made from TPU. Clear TPU can turn yellow over time via a natural aging process due to color transference and chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. Some of these chemical come from natural oils, make up, etc. so we recommend keeping the phone clean with soap and water from time to time.

This warranty relates to defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:

-Installation / application failures

-Daily wear-and-tear 

-Drops and falls

-Liquid damage

-Misuse or mishandling of the product

-Theft or loss of the product

-Yellowing
