Reason for Request: Please provide a brief description of the issue you are experiencing, such as "product not charging other devices continuously" or "broken glass."

Series No.: The series number is located on a sticker, tag, or directly on the product but not on the packaging. You can find it on the main body of the product or on the charging cable that came with the product. The series number looks like SN: FL862125.
