Ordered a case that did not fit, Flolab immediately sent me a replacement without requiring me to send the first one back....... second case didn't fit..... turns out it was my fault for ordering a 15 pro instead of the 14 pro that I have...... I sent both back and they sent yet a 3rd case but wasn't for the pro..... they instantly sent a 4th case free of charge.... I am blown away with the customer service and will be a customer for life as customer service is everything!!! Oh, and the case is great too. Thanks Flolab (Jessie)!
